We store what you create in Seasons: your life focuses, seasons, goals (including minimum win and tradeoff context), progress entries, weekly check-ins, and season reviews. We also store your account email and preferences (e.g. notification settings).
Your data is used only to run the product: to show your dashboard, history, and to power optional AI features (goal clarification and prioritization calls) when you choose to use them. We do not use your data to train AI models. For more detail, see How we use AI in Settings.
We keep your data until you delete your account. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your data (seasons, goals, reviews, profile). This cannot be undone.
You can export your data (seasons, goals, reviews) in a readable text format from Settings → Export & data.
