Seasons is a goal-setting and review app. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Seasons. You may not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Seasons offers a free tier and a Plus plan. We are not currently charging users through Stripe while Plus access is still being tested. During this period, paid features may be unlocked with coupon codes or other access methods we provide by email.
Coupon-based test access does not create a billing subscription. If billing launches later, these terms will be updated before any charges begin. If you have questions about test access or believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
You own your content. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and protect your information.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or changes to the service.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Seasons is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Seasons after changes are posted means you accept the new terms. We will notify active subscribers by email for material changes.
